Terrible service received from Brooklyn Mall Telkom

I'm horrified by the service received from Happy at Telkom in Brooklyn Mall. My fiancé went in earlier today to try get an lte router. She was helped and told to gather certain documents which was done. the lady went and sat in the back room with no communication for 30 min while she sat waiting for a response. She eventually returned to tell her to go home and she'll call her to come back later. After calling multiple times to find out if any progress had been made She sat with no phone call from her as well as no answer when attempting to contact them from our side. We went in again at around 4, an hour before closing, to find out if any progress had been made. Happy didn't even bother coming to the front to talk to us instead She sent her colleague back out to tell us same issue is occurring. I am disgusted by how little respect she was shown when trying to do business with you guys. No wonder so many people dislike your services. Customer care obviously wasn't apart of the training manual and I will be recommending everybody stay far away from telkom as a whole because the representation of service received was ********** and I'm so so glad we didn't make the mistake of using you as our service provider.
