Terrible service. Quick to make a sale poor customer etiquette

We app**** for a double deal on the 01/12/2022 it was for black Friday the consultant gave us a reference number and told us they out of stock and then stock would arrive they would prioritize our delivery. I followed up from that date continuously getting different answers from consultants. The customer services said they have forwarded and escalated the enquiry only to be told they have to cancel our deal as they can't honor it due to not having the stock. Its really disappointing service all round from telkom and its only fair that they honor their deal
