Terrible Service Provider

I'm so sick of telkom and the useless and ****py service I receive. I called telkom twice to sort out my internet problem. Both times the technicians come out and they keep giving me the same story. Line is fine it could be the junction box or exchange. I am still sitting with the problem of my internet disconnecting. After they say they going to check at the exchange they actually close the case and that's that because the haven't fixed ****. I am paying so much for this ****!!!!
