Terrible service provider.
Telkoms service for such a big company is appalling. Almost every time you speak to a consultant the information they provide is never accurate. You wait a minimum of 10 minutes before you speak to a consultant. There is no sense of urgency or no interest in clients. If I decide to write an indepth complaint I will end up writing a novel. I can not wait for my contract with them to end. I know many people share the same sentiments as me. Terrible service provider.
