Terrible Service Provider

Honestly speaking Telkom has one of the worst service compared to the other big network service providers, they don't deduct your monthly fees as agreed, then next thing they threaten you with their lawyers. You pay your account 3 days ago and you told to wait for 24 hours for reconnection, when you call again another agent tells you it's 7 days waiting for reconnection they waiting my debit order to reflect. I mean really does it take that long for a debit order reflect and yet you keep on getting smses despite you paid already. I regret ever buying a service this terrible service provider.
