Terrible service/ One week delay of order

Last week Friday i did an order online for a telkom mobile, My account was debited a few days later and i was told it was approved. It is one week later i have not received my phone. I had to make 10 calls in order for my order to be processed . I then had to call another 5 times for my tracking number which i was then told my application was declined and then told it was a mistake it was initially approved now i have a tracking number that is invalid and im still waiting for my Cellphone. Im not sure i want to deal with Telkom anymore.
