Terrible service once again from Telkom

Been trying to activate a sim card that was suppose to be activated immediately by Patric in the clearwater mall store. after a call to Telkom nearly everyday this week, with promises of the store manage getting back to me and never happening. Problem has been escalated which means nothing. Why does your service ALWAYS have to be so terrible Telkom?
