Terrible Service of Telkom

I am so disappointed in the service of Telkom. My dad's landline is not working, he is 73 years old and living on his own, this is the only communication that we have with him. The first time I phoned Telkom to report the problem was 27 April 2019 and several times after that. Every time they tell me a different story and tell me they will send out a technician. Up until now nothing happened. If something happened to my Dad, he cannot use his phone to call somebody for help.

Every time they tell me that they can see there is a problem with the line and that the fault with reference number ********** 5 is still not fixed. I am really SO DISSIPOINTED in Telkom's service!!!
