Terrible Service of all time

I am highly dissapointed with the service from Telkom Firstly I ordered a laptop online and i never got any feedback from them then I called 10213 they told me that I must call 180 then 180 told me that they are not sales I must email *** they refered me to 180. Then I went to Telkom Game City and there was a colored guy who took my details and told me that he will get back to me and he never did to this day.Then a lady by the name of Sindi told me that their systems are down she cant help. Then I went to Telkom the Pavillion to order a new phone and to track the progress with my laptop order. Gwen promised to get back to me and even gave me her email. To this day no response I honestly dont know what to do anymore
