TERRIBLE SERVICE/ NO SERVICE TELKOM

Dear Telkom SA . I sent a DM via messenger on the 25 of July 2018 ,with regards to my landline and again on the 01 of August 2018 ,still no reply .Try calling the call centre which is of no help ,going into the Galleria Mall store is even worse.Very terrible service!!!!
