Terrible service no resolution to faults ongoing and billed wrongly

<p>Since October 2016 there has been numerous faults reported about my landline ********** 2.... and since then there are continuous faulted bad service from fell on Pietermaritzburg and technical department the staff at Pietermaritzburg store each say different things all the time and so does the call center and technicians. Up to date I have line problems and have been charged wrongly and been put on a different option even through I never requested and have called in and been to the shop at Pietermaritzburg liberty mall many many times. When I ask to speak to managers everyone hides , lies , runs away</p>
