Terrible Service - No internet

<p>I've been waiting an entire WEEK for my internet to be repaired. Im a part time student and rely heavily on internet to do my studies, I went from being ahead of my schedule to now being behind. Ive called in many times and get the same story that a technician has been assigned but there's absolutely no progress. I'm sure I would get a quicker response if I had missed or made a late payment. But where the service levels are concerned I fond this utterly disgusting</p>
