Terrible service. No internet 12 days
<p>What terrible service!!!!! I have not had internet for 12 days. Phone everyday and get promises of it being fixed by the end of the day but nothing happens!!! There has been a technician 2 days ago but still no internet. Then they still send me my account. You must be joking why would u think I would pay for something that I dnt have?? I want this problem fixed..u are giving a service..bt where is it? I have spoken nuremous people at the call centre bt no one can fix the problem. I have even spoken to a so called floor supervisor bt nothing. Please call my husband or me so that someone can come and fix the problem....tomorrow. I work on weekends so why cannot u?? I will not pay until my internet is ON!!!!!!!!!</p>
2 days later and still no internet. Promises promises. Cannot believe it #14daysnointernet. How slow are the people at telkom? Does it really take 6 to 10 calls before someone does something. By tomorrow if my internet is nt on I will cancel it.

3 days later and still no internet coming on day 14. 2 weeks no internet and their technicians are so slow taking more then 3 days to do an exchange. Its telkom fault bt still will not solve it. Spoken to a very rude manager today. Terrible service. Was told to put a complaint through the website. No response
