Terrible service!! Incompetance of back office

Upgraded to new phone. Promised phone will be operational within 30 minutes.<br> Going for 23 hours now. Telkom mobile back office did not do their work. I understand it can take up to another <br> 48 hours before active. ( elvis at CW), i have tweeted numerous times, emailed numetous times, phoned customer care just to be dumped onto auto system when they hear what my complaint is listening to music. I am totally being ignored. I have 3 contracts with Telkom. They are hopeless.
