Terrible service in with fixing basic problem.
<p>Our telephone line connecting our house to the main Telekom lines got pulled down by the vervet ******s. We reported this fault to telkom on the 13th of March and come Friday the 17th of March the problem has still not been repaired. Phoned telkom on customer care and received an escalation number but still nothing has been done. Phoned a couple more times and still no one can tell us when this problem will be resolved. This is so frustrating as we do not have any Internet access and no landline. We do not even know when this problem will be resolved. Telekom is not providing a satisfactory service at all.</p> <p>What can be done? It seems no one in telkom knows when this problem will be fixed? </p>
