Terrible service in Valhalla centurion pretoria

<p>I am writing this to complain about terrible service in Pretoria Valhalla . I got a new line installed and had issues with the quality of the line. Telkom was suppose to repair if since December , but has not don it. I am a pensioner and after numerous visits to telkom branches and numerous calls , this has not been sorted out. The line is now completely dead , but yet I am expected to pay for the rental of this line . I need the land line as I communicate frequently with my family in Cape Town. The line has been dead for weeks and I am not able to call my family. Telkom keep on saying they will repair the line , since December . I am very disappointed and do not know what to do, as my complaints are falling on deaf ears.</p>
