Terrible service - have not received my refund

Disgusted with telkoms service. I cancelled my wifi and line rental in November 2019. They continued to charge me and then i complained and i had a refund. I have sent through so many emails And its gotten me no where. Everytime i send through an email they ask for something whether its my id/ bank acc letter/ account number etc I’ve sent these documents countless times. So it is now 8 months later and i still have not received my refund.. really frustrated with the service and i keep going in circles and get no where.
