Terrible service. Had an agent actually argue with me

I called into Telkom with a simple request. Before I could finish explaining what the issue was, the agent became argumentative trying to essentially tell me how I stupid I was and how he was right. I then asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold for ten minutes then the agent came back and said I must wait for the supervisor because he was busy. Needless to say, the supervisor never came on the line.

Is this really the service levels we have to contend with. I challenge any senior at Telkom to have a listen to the call and confirm if this is acceptable.
