Terrible service from your network!

I'm so irritated with the level of incompetence.It's not enough that I'm receiving calls incessantly to renew my contract even after I clearly explained that I'm not ready to renew.Now I've been on the month-to-month data plan since I paid off my phone probably over a year ago now, and there's incorrect amounts debited from my account, as a result, my credit profile is being *****ed because it looks as though I'm defaulting on my debit orders.The cherry on top is that the supposed resubmission is double the incorrect amount that was attempted to be debited last month! This is absolutely unacceptable and I'm better off cancelling and moving over to a less *********** network!
