Terrible Service from the call Centre

<p>I have logged a query last night and was.told to call this morning. Query number 1071crk021116 as my adsl stopped working. I called this.morning and the lady clearly should not be answering telephones. She tells me the fault was cleared I ask her how is this possible as no one has called me and there error still persist. After waiting forever for her to get a supervisor I hang up. I call back and the second lady I speak to cancels the call!!! Please can I have service or cancel my service.if you guys are unable to render good customer service </p>
