Terrible service from TelkomZA

Our problem started on the 18th on December 2024 when telkom debited my husband early for our data sim and obviously they didn’t find enough money so I our services were disrupted. Ok the debit order went through then we started making 1000 and 1000 of calls because they had the money and we still didn’t have our sim working. We wer told stories after stories, first it was no your data sim will be working in the next 4 -24hour ,the next story was we have to wait for 4 working days (because of all these holidays plus weekends the 4 days Is going to be a long wait) today it’s 5 working days and still no help from Telkom ,like really was nonsense is this ,quick to debit accounts Mara slow as giving us what we have paid for.mxm 😡
