Terrible Service from TelkomSa

Today I couldn't work, i couldnt do anything coz telkomdata was just an issue, i called in the call center, and received the most pathetic client service I've ever received in my life. TelkomSa must do something about their terrible network, imagine if i was in a life threatening situation and u couldn't do anything on my fone because of TelkomSa network. I think its been taken for granted how important it is to have a functional network or a responsive and helpful call center atleast
