Terrible service from Telkom! PLEASE CANCEL MY ADSL LINE AND STOP BILLING ME.

It has just been the worst dealing with Telkom! I tried to cancel our adsl line many many months ago, and have proof of this cancellation request. But still Telkom continues to bill me every month and also getting calls from their debt collectors. I have logged several requests to solve the matter and have sent all the proof of cancellation with dates etc to Telkom, but still they just continue to bill me every month. Telkom, please contact me to sort this out once and for all. Jacques Joubert
