Terrible Service from Telkom Insurance

I submitted a claim for my mobile device to be repaired almost 2 months ago and still have not received my phone back. I have numerous calls to the insurance and each time I get a different response or the person drops the call after keeping me on the line for almost 40 minutes. I have also sent countless emails and haven’t received a single response. This is extremely frustrating and should this matter not be addressed I will escalate the case to the Ombudsman.
