Terrible service from Telkom, i want my money bac****

I have taken out a contract with Telkom for a mobile phone. I received the device and noticed that it is a out of box fault as the device was not working properly. I returned the device in June. Contract was cancelled and I received a mail saying the contract was cancelled. Then comes end of July and a debit order goes off???? WHY? So u are taking money if the contract has been cancelled and the device was returned in June already. I will not advise anyone to take out a contract with Telkom as they take your money even though the device is returned and contract cancelled. Terrible service!!!!!!! I want my money back.
