Terrible Service from Telkom

Telkom is extremely unprofessional and *********** and rips consumers off!!!! I have been trying to cancel my contract since 30th November 2021 as my contract expires this month 31st December as I have been checking my recent statements and it does not tally. The information and the products/services is not what was explained to me. I have tried to cancel my contract online and tried their contact centre whereby I hold on long and eventually get cutoff. I eventually went to the branch today and was not assisted at all!! I asked to speak to the intial sales agent who assisted me, Subayajd ,the who done all my upgrades and was told he no longer works there. I then requested all my contracts that was done in 2019. One contract in the month of July 2019 and one in the month of December 2019,a total of 2 contracts. The Sales Agent Lebo Simelane could only find 1 contract!! Strange as I was paying for 2 contracts! TELKOM has been deducting for 2 contracts via debit order every month. Furthermore the contract the sales agent issued me with today only has my signature, address with No amounts and the sales agents name?? No terms and conditions. This I find even more strange... To add to this TELKOM finds another account but they don't have any records on the system and they don't find a contract only a account number??This to me seems **********. The sales agent then refers me to the call centre as he also cannot assist with cancelling my contract ending December 31st 2021. TELKOM call centre I speak to Colleen who advises me she cannot assist and transfers me to Shanice who is arrogant and also cannot assist. She gives me a number to call as she states to me she cannot transfer the call and is not sure if the agents are working today. She also states she cannot find any information. I am puzzled, frustrated and extremely angry!! TELKOM had my account details for my instalment deductions. My debit order goes off every month and I have never defaulted. Where does this mysterious account come from? Why was I never contacted about this mysterious account? Why am I finding out about this now when I want to cancel my contract? I will definately not use their products or services ever again and I am making the public aware with this review.
