Terrible service from telkom call centre agents

Terrible service...I called them now to query and I correct bill ..the lady advised of something that is incorrect and I advised her that is not true...she said but thats what is showing and thats wat the I correct bill was for...I told her I want it Investigated a that is not true ... she then asked me to hold the line and cut the call in me before assisting with my query 😡😡😡
