Terrible service from Telkom call center

I have requested a change of ownership and have been contacted 1 month later to confirm that it was done. I got my statement and it is still not done. I called the call center and was told they do not have a record of a change of ownership request. ********** has assured me that it was done, I emailed her everyday and have not had a response. It is now 3 months later and still awaiting feedback. This has been the worse service I have ever received I'm my whole life!
