Terrible Service from Telkom

I bought data last night a whole 10 GIG and its not working, it is so difficult to talk to a consultant let alone get one with all the numbers Telkom has and the damn prompts you have that are useless, and never really have what you're looking for. Finally after my 5th attempt requesting a call back, a consultant calls me and guess what the hell she did! drop the call while I'm explaining my problem the nerve!! Sies I'm utterly disgusted by your service!
