Terrible service from Telkom and Vumatel

It's been a terrible experience in the last few days. My services were suspended for unpaid month, which I paid last week last week Thursday and Saturday was informed that funds are reflecting and my services were due to be restored before 12midday 7days ago. I've been calling daily and Noone is helping all I get is different Ref numbers. I make calls to follow up, noone is calling from their end. My matter was then referred to Vumatel, till today, noone came through to my house to fix the problem. Their service is terrible and cnt wait to cancel my services.
