Terrible service from Telkom

The worst service ever. You cannot get through to any management, you get told they will log a call for someone to phone you. Surprise surprise they will call you in 24 to 48 hrs.when I have an issue I need someone to call me immediately. Telkom makes it very difficult for their clients to get service.
