Terrible service from Telkom

On 27/11/2019 I reported that my wifi connection (Tel No ***) not working and said I will be at hospital and available at home at @pm. At 9:00 am I get a call that techinician wamts to come to my home!! I said come later as instructed. At 1:30 pm I called techician that I am on my way home. He said he canntot not come! Since Ithan I have called on three occasions. Yesterday i was told that a technician is logged in to come at 11:30 am . Nobody arrived . Today I am told no technician is assigned for my problem. Never heard from telkom up to now - 5pm, Friday 29/11/2019.
