Terrible service from Telkom

Service suspended... Account debited on 25th July 2020 and services are still suspended. As per customer service, money not reflecting in their account after 13 days.... Also one of the customer service agents deliberately cut me off... This is ongoing with telkom. The agents are rude at times and don't care if you complain on Hello Peter. I have 8 contracts on a personal capacity with telkom. I was told that data that was not used gets carried over for the next month(excluding night data) ..... That hasn't happened.....
