Terrible service from Telkom

<p>I have experienced endless trouble with telkom...they have been debiting more money from my account than they are supposed too. I have been trying to rectify this problem since last month and no one can assist me. The call centres are useless and so is the branch at the Galleria. I would like a number for head office or a director but no one can help me with that either!</p>
