Terrible service from Telkom

Telkom has not bothered to fix a problem with my wifi connection even after reporting twice in the three weeks it has been out of service (fault reference no 550crk210316).This would not be the first time they have lapsed in their service delivery and I find it utterly disappointing for a supposed reputable company to treat their customers this way each time a problem arises.
