TERRIBLE service from TELKOM!!!!!!!!

Their service was so bad. I left the call feeling so disrespected and helpless. I called three times to get a top up on my data. I advised the first agent that I work during the day and need a top up they claimed that this was done, I tried to access the internet and was not able to so I called back. The second agent told me that the first agent added Night time data.. after I advised that I work during the day. The call cup after being placed on hold for so long.

I called a third time, to have the night time data removed, and to have the day time data I had originlly requested to be added. The attitude I got from the agent was insane, he said that if its been added onto the account there is nothing that they can do. I asked to speak to his manager and he said no.. flat out. He advised that the data I had requested was added, and that I would be billed for the night time data, then dropped the call... Im terminating my contract with Telkom. Their agents are so disrespectful yet I have to pay for my contract.. not them
