Terrible service from Telkom

Telkom is terrible and disrespectful to their customers they all so useless in store and call centre I ordered a landline 6 weeks back, I was told to pay R1000 which I did the following day but till this day I do not have the line everytime I call they cannot find anything like they literally tell me nothing and they just keep giving me incident numbers. What a bunch of idiots!
