Terrible service from Telkom

I have spoken to numerous consultants in the past 3 weeks and each 1 giving me a different story. My service has been out of order for 3 weeks and Im constantly sent from pillar to post with no resolution. I have asked for managers or team leaders and I keep being told there isn't one available or they will call me back but that never happens. I have tried their Facebook page with no joy either. I am at my wits end and I do not know where to go to from here, I am extremely frustrated at this appalling service Im receiving from Telkom not to mention their consultants who have no idea what's going on or what they talking about.
