Terrible service from telkom

If you're looking for the worst service and customer care so bad that the devil will be feeling bad for you then you've found it.in telkom... Apply online and you will pay for things you don't even have. Their quick to take your money but slowest to give you the service you're paying for.! I've been waiting for 3 weeks without any resolution to my problem.
