Terrible service from telkom

The Telkom porting service is absolutely terrible. They say that it will take 48 hours for my number to be changed. It has been 3 weeks and my number is still deactivated. The guys named Masilo Mohale, whos the team leader at telkom has no clue why this is happening and has not helped in anyway and Itumuleng Hungwane, whom i took the contract from did not do his job in the first place to actually get my number changed. Absolutely useless service. they just want the money without helping their customers.
