Terrible service from Telkom

Construction workers damaged our community Telkom line some ten days ago and most of our community members have been calling Telkom on a daily basis and all we are getting is the excuse that they have assigned a technician to repair the damaged cables. Today is the eleventh day we do not have a telephone phone and internet line. Please help?
