Terrible service from Telkom

Telkom is my isp through Vuamtel fibre, I have 20mbps uncapped line that has only worked for 1 day, evertime I call telkom they say they cant assist, how am I suppose to get the service I.m paying for. The only option I have is to cancel this service.
