Terrible Service from Telkom

<p>I have been trying to RICA and get my Telkom mobile simcard activated since last week Thursday (2016/12/01), but to date no luck and its 7 days now. I went twice to Telkom mobile shop in Iren Mall and also in Ackermans, but still no luck. At Telkom they ended up opening a Case on Friday last week and on Monday this week i got an SMS saying the attempt to activate my simcard has failed. How long should it take to be on Telkom mobile network? Two weeks or a month? Or should i consider other networks? This is really bad service!!</p>
