Terrible Service from Telkom

<p>I have been trying to get Telkom fiber install at my house for the past 2 weeks with multiple visits from technicians with still no success. All of a sudden then I got an sms notification on Monday that the installation in complete and received my first bill. That would be great but my line has still not been connected! Everyone I speak to cannot give me answers and cannot give any advice on how to solve anything. Hence by tradition Telkom service I end up here!</p> <p> </p> <p>It is worrying when the best advice by the technician is to take this up on social media.</p>
