Terrible Service from Telkom!

Im totally frustrated and livid. Its been three weeks and none of my lines is appearing on Telkom App or Website portal. I can't top up. I cant get through to contracts division. Prepaid division keeps giving incorrect information. Some saying they cant transfer to contracts division. I think it,s time to vote with my feet to somewhere else.
