Terrible Service from Telekom

Really really bad service from this telecommunications company - the main one in South Africa My land line and adsl line have been down since Thursday 13 December. Despite reporting the fault and phoning telkom to esquire about the progress of having it fixed nothing has happened to-date! It will probably only get repaired in the new year - in which case I shall cancel my subscription.
