Terrible service from *********** call center agents

I have a Lit bundle and recurring data bundle. But everytime I stream it uses my normal data first and not my Lit bundle. I have called in 3 times about this and get different unfounded justifications for this each time. The last ******** call center underachiever (why else would she be working at a call centre) refused to escalate my complaint and instead hung up on me. During our conversation, one of her colleagues was hurling profanities in isiZulu, directed towards me. I'm at a loss for words. I have never experienced such appalling and inept service in my life.
