Terrible service from hellkom

<p>I was scheduled for a line & adsl instalation today from telkom and have had no feedback from them, i called to find out as i took a days leave from work to find out that they were meant to call me and let me know there is a apparent strike so no work is being done today. absolute pathectic bunch working at telkom worst monopoly business in the world.</p>
