Terrible service from Business call center

Disgusting service from your business call center. I had my voice and ADSL line install on the 08/09/2015. Everything was working until about 4pm on the 09/09/2015. When I speak to support they say I must speak to sales, When I speak to sale they say I must speak to support. After 6 times of transfers and calling back when I was speaking to support and asked to speak to a manager the lady put me on hold then hung up on me. We are trying to run a business and telkom is not helping. Again Im shocked at the terrible service that telkom is providing
