Terrible Service From a utter ******* company

Telkom is utter ****

I continuously tell their agents i am unemployed and i do not have a bank account but i make manual payments every month i still get charged payment rejection fees every single month. I am completely ****ed. I will not continuously pay R202 payment rejection fees every month. I am supposed to pay on the 5th of every month but my payments are made on the 25th of every single month via immediate payments yet it takes 14 ****ing days to reflect on the telkom system. I need someone to get back to me with regards to this. Last month i got threatened with blacklisting because one of my payments werent reflecting and today i get a statement with another R202 payment rejection fee. Icasa needs to deal with Telkom and its *********** people. Utter ******* service from telkom every ****ing month
